Validation error in case tracking

When I check my online status for case, I get validation error. It’s been over 4 weeks since I submitted my application and over 3 weeks since I recieved my receipt number in mail. What should i do no, how long will it take for case status to show in website when one has the issue of validation error? Is it common to see validation error?

Even I have the same issue. its been 60 days since they received my application. I called the customer care and they transferred my call to next level officer and she was able to see my details. She said mine was in pending state. I dont know how long will it take. I am from houston and my opt start date is Jan 27th 2018. Anyone please help on how to proceed

I have the same issue... my I 40 online shows "case received" but it was approved a month ago.
2 months ago i applied EAD/AP extension and still shows validation error. this issue mostly with Nebraska cases

i stull get the same error for me. i have stop worrying about it. if it’s gonna happen, it’s gonna happen. I have talked to customer support, he told me not to rely on status online. I have also talk to my lawyer, he said he doesn’t know either. So what to do.

I had the same issue when I renewed my EAD/AP last year. Talked to customer support / L2 Officers no luck. The day it got approved the status started showing up.

I now have 5 receipts (2 EAD and 3 APs) and none of them can be accessed online. All 5 have the same errors that has a 12/28/2017 date. Called the customer service and they asked me to wait for 45 days.

This kind of things always happen. It seems that they transfer the case status from an inner system to egov database, but it happens some error somehow, and batch of cases didn't show up in egov.
