Hmm!. I got medicals once and two other rfe for other employment documents. Fed up on spending money on RFE. I'd rather wait and het it once and respond and be done with it.

I filed at NSC. Case transferred to NBC in mid November. Local office is Phoenix. As for current processing office it's hard to tell but these are all the offices I know of to have touched my file.

The AOS process is a black box for the most part. Please be patient & you will be greened. I have seen people in the same class/category/country with later PD or RD than mine already received Green cards. Let's hope our turn comes soon. Good luck!

Is there anyone in Nov 2008 PD who hasn't received an RFE? Another case was approved y'day that has my PD And RD - I'm curious if I'm one of the lucky ones who is stuck in Background check..

Did you reach out to the ombudsman office? https://www.dhs.gov/case-assistance They usually are backlogged and may take a month or two to look at your case. I would say, submit a request and then wait for it to be picked up. If your case moves forward before that, even better.

worth a shot. Though someone suggested I go through this route before hitting the OMB:
Case SR (Done) > Info Pass (wait for sometime)> OMB (last resort) > Congressman

This still the logical path?

You are still better off. Filed in 2014 and I am still waiting for RFE, even if they use FIFO process I should have got it by now. Last RFE and reply was in 2016 when my date was current. Folks with PD later than me got approved even after dates retrogressed. I think luck has been giving me shit for a while now to be exact nearly 4 years. Hoping for some magic this year.

Anyone, please can you provide your thoughts or any risks associated.

My PD (12/02/2008) EB2-India current from Feb 2018 bulletin. No RFE yet !

1) I-485 submitted in AUG 2014. given fingerprint also.
2) EAD/AP approved in NOV 2014 (1 year validity)
3) Renewed EAD/AP approved in 2015 (2 year validity)
4) Received RFE (Medical and EVL) in 2016 (Submitted and status RFE response received)
5) Renewed EAD/AP approved in 2017 (2 years validity)
6) Received USCIS Adjustment of Status for my daughter (13yrs old) for fingerprint again, given on 13th Nov 2017

1. Do we expect RFE after Feb 1st 2018 ? Or can expect anytime after bulletin released on Jan 16th 2017 ?
2. Can we change employment during this period on EAD if any better opportunities with other American firm or consulting firm?
3. Do we expect Medical RFE again ? And also EVL again ?

Once the dates are current, it really doesnt matter who filed first. It app depend on whos desk your case ends up in and how quick they are in processing your case. There is no pattern to how uscis works.

UPDATE: Received SMS update & online status update on 1/22 that EAD was approved for dependent applicant. Hope AP was as well since it's combo card. Will await the card in the mail to get confirmation.
Attorney office raised query on EAD/AP delay on Jan 4th and got response "Application is pending review. Will require 60-90 days for processing due to delays in NSC".

Interview scheduled at Phoenix office for Feb 26th for primary and dependent applicants.
