to pistolpete:

They asked me for the Supplement J during the interview. I had to send it twice, as the first time the mailroom people did not understand what to do with it.

My interview was two months ago and I haven't received any update.

In a few days I should be allowed to make inquiries about my case. Is it worth it or just a waste of time?

Yesterday the status of my 485 application changed to 'Ready to schedule for Interview'. How soon can i expect the interview letter in the mail? Also how soon is the interview date ? Does it mean light at the end of the tunnel?

Thanks

sent my RFE response (Supj) on April 11th and this is my current status:

https://egov.uscis.gov
Request for Initial Evidence Was Mailed

https://my.uscis.gov
We received your response to our request for more information. Your case is no longer on hold.
You do not need to do anything at this time
We will resume processing your case and let you know if we need any more information from you.

on my case egov site is always delayed.

guys how soon do you think I can get an update on my case? I still dont have interview invitation yet.

to phantea:

Hi phantea, could you create a tracker on your name?

I am in similar situation, where I responded to "birth certificate" RFE on March 26th.
My case status says exact same thing. I called customer service and they said the response SLA is 60 days.
After 60 days, they can file SR.
These are all delay tactics and upto the officer. I am seeing many folks who are getting interviewed and getting GC even when their PD is not current and they filed in Oct or Nov.. But the ones, who waited longer are suffering.
