Patience is the key my friends :)

I am still waiting on my EAD - USCIS received date 8/18/2017

Spouse received EAD/AP card but i am still waiting on EAD/AP - 155 days so far.

But my case was transferred to NBC on 11/27/2017 - No change since then.

God is great - have patience.

Hi folks,
Patience is definitely one of the most important factors in this process, but the other one is to be inquisitive, and to learn as much as you can…
To summarize, lawyers had file my process in August (not paying attention to the dates I would be traveling), and I found out in Nov that they did file while I was out of the country… Got the AP denied and most likely the I-485…. SO, I’m restarting all over AGAIN, from Zero. ;(
Had to fight with company lawyers, so they can pay all the fees to re-do it. And now, fighting again, to renew my H1B, which is about to expire.
So my advice here is: ASK questions (to your employer and attorney), play different scenarios…, as I see the new administration making hard for everybody, and looking for gaps to deny cases. Have everything documented by email, which luckily on my case, I had at least 03 emails….
Whishing the best luck to all August filers… I will now post on Jan 18 threads!
