I know of cases from July, that were RFE'd.

You have to file I485 and others... The date is current anyway from 1-OCt. So, you can proceed to file I485 etc.

I raised a query with CTS help desk regarding this and they adviced me to wit until I-140 gets approved. Have you already filed yours? Did you consult with the immigration team?

If you send an email to visualized.report at gmail *dot* com with following details then VP will send daily reports of I140s touched. That’s how I got the counts.

Email: example@gmail.com
ServiceCenter: LIN or SRC
CaseNumber: LIN123456789
FormType: I-485 and/or I-140

@ashish08 - So, you have a new priority date for I485 or does it go along with the I140 even though you filed it non concurrently.

to SFOGC:

when you file for your 485, you need to attach 140 approval or receipt notice.
From that PD will be retained / carried over into 485 process.

This is my understanding.

My SR has been replied with the standard, default reply and ask me not to contact USCIS until i don't receive any update after 6 months.

Due to transgression, i filed 1st week of Oct. My understanding is that the PD would be the filing date of I-485 i.e. 4th Oct.

Seems to be once a week or so. At least thats what the date below the table suggests. But the date at the top of the table always seems a couple of months in arrears.

Updates once per month... the dec update will be wir dates as of oct 31st and should be soon... however they are worthless and seem to be pure distraction for people to prevent them asking...

this has always been a lottery. Lucky 1% people get per this processing time.
Unlucky 99% people are left in the lurk without any clue regarding where the process is or when it will work.

Totally wrong..

They update every 5 to 6 weeks with some random dates.

Processing time pages are updated once a month between 8th to 15th of every month, with data which is 2.5 months old, so as someone posted, it would be updated before 12/15 with status as of 10/31. Does anyone know what does the yellow and green colored rows signify?

The dates are worthless, only thing these dates will help is enable you to raise SR if these dates have gone past your PD, which again doesn't help much, because 90% of the cases as they just provide cookie cutter response with pretty much same things you already know. In fact, I read here that sometimes raising SR could be counterproductive as the file will move from the would be adjudicating officer's desk to rep working on the SR.
