Any idea on how long advance parole is taking for renewals at Nebraska Service Center?

Mine took just over six months, but I applied back in June (it was a renewal). Hopefully it only took so long because there was a glut of applicants. However, in the Age of Trump, be prepared to wait. Sorry, I wish I had better news for you, but you have to temper expectations.

The first time around, in 2016, it took half that time.

Have seen some cases taking 3 months. Mine at TSC (new) took 6+ months :-(.
As said above, hope for the best but prepare for the worst

Worst come worst we can get an appointment and ask for an emergency AP right? What if air tickets are booked 6 months down the line and if AP still doesn't come after 4 months? Is that whats called infopass appointment at USCIS office?

I’m pretty sure that having already purchased plane tickets does not constitute an emergency. Otherwise, everyone who hadn’t received their AP, and wanted to travel, would just buy the ticket then show up at the field office demanding an emergency AP. It’s the same thing when you apply for a visa at the consulate. They specifically tell you not to make any travel arrangements before getting the visa.

An emergency is something out of your control. Choosing whether or not to buy a plane ticket before AP approval is a risk you decide to take, and completely under your control.

I agree to it. Booking a ticket isn’t emergency.

I agree and I also agree times are bad but is there any choice especially waiting till the last moment if you want to travel in summer where as it is tickets are so expensive? Just thinking of it makes me sad and angry!
