I filed I-485 and I-140 concurrently.
I have not done the fingerprint yet and I want to apply for emergency advance parole since my wife needs to leave US urgently. Do I need to do fingerprint first? Is there any expedited process to get fingerprint appointment faster?

Appreciate your help.

Thanks

hi

can you let me know how fast your check has cashed out??
I didn't apply AP but I applied Reentry permit the same form as AP (I-131) and my package has been delivered on 01/02 but I don't see any updates, no Receipt and check hasn't cashed out yet so I am getting worried.

can you let me know?

Bear in mind, when you apply I-131 and I-485 at the same time then the AP fee will be waived and you pay only for AoS.
Per statistics posted on Trackitt, I-485 approval notice will be mailed in 3-10 days. Maybe that's why my check was cashed earlier.
