I need a cover letter format for I 131 rejection. Got rejected due to travel when decision was in pending.

There is no such covering letter you need to file i290b with 650.00 fees its open for remotion chances are very slim once you travel when its pending its assumed as you have abondended check with a good lawyer its a serious issues, Good luck act fast,

I sent the I 131 again with a request letter. My understanding is that the decision is made and cannot be appealed. So I have to wait and see...

No update yet. I reapplied I - 131 with the rejection notice and the same set of documents but with approved EAD copies.
