Topic: EB1C - Nebraska Service Center

Attorney will charge money for Supp J and most likely will want to fill it out themselves, not just adding cost, but also time. If you can fill it out yourself, you should go for it.

Literally no one cares Scared Alien. And if you have a minute, please also read this story, it will help you at some point in your life since you are only "24" -

Once there was a Chinese farmer who worked his poor farm together with his son and their horse. When the horse ran off one day, neighbors came to say, “How unfortunate for you!” The farmer replied, “Maybe yes, maybe no.”
When the horse returned, followed by a herd of wild horses, the neighbors gathered around and exclaimed, “What good luck for you!” The farmer stayed calm and replied, “Maybe yes, maybe no.”
While trying to tame one of wild horses, the farmer’s son fell, and broke his leg. He had to rest up and couldn’t help with the farm chores. “How sad for you,” the neighbors cried. “Maybe yes, maybe no,” said the farmer.
Shortly thereafter, a neighboring army threatened the farmer’s village. All the young men in the village were drafted to fight the invaders. Many died. But the farmer’s son had been left out of the fighting because of his broken leg. People said to the farmer, “What a good thing your son couldn’t fight!” “Maybe yes, maybe no,” was all the farmer said.

Trust me, I stay away from Indians here. Whites are far better in accepting me than Indians. It's sad, but that's the reality.

If you were in a managerial role 1 out of 3 years prior to coming to the US with the same company or a subsidy company, yes you might qualify for 1C

Topic: H1b 2 GC harder- CSPAN

Time waster. Nothing about GC. Just some exchanges on H1B and how immigrant community is looked negatively (question raised by immigrant). Why do you waste people's time by posting such ridiculous OLD videos? This video was during Jan 2017. UGH

LOL. That is correct! I think this is the same menace that was trashed a few 100 times. How does he/she have the time to create multiple profiles on trackitt and spread nonsense! It's beyond me that such people are in line or even considering moving to the US.

Topic: Addvise concurrent-filling of I-140&I 485 ,what are the risk?

What do you mean risks? What's your question? You have to file L1A or H1B first in order to later file EB1. Please do some research.

Topic: EB1 for an AVP level job for a H1B

Hi All,

Is there a way that an AVP or VP who is on H1B can file GC under EB1?
I heard one of my friend saying his company will file his GC under EB1. Is it really possible?

"I heard" - Credibility lost. Who, in a high rank, says I heard when inquiring about something that is important? Have you even taken the simple effort of reading up USCIS website on the qualifications required for every EB1 category?

Ugh, sickens me.

Do you remember that ratatouille guy from a while ago? He was in several different IDs, I don't remember them distinctly now. But the language from ShaEB1B is definitely very similar to that ID. I do NOT think he is EB1B. I mean look at his language? What professor writes like that on a public forum?

Oh wait, I remember this language from last year. You must be that ratatouille guy or that guy with some rat as his ID. He used the exact same language. His ID was blocked after a while. Btw, when I checked last year, you seemed like you were already a few years old on trackitt. It's very clear you are NOT EB1B. I am guessing you are an EB3 at best, if you are really in the US that is.

Why do you think EB1C folks have nothing better than to sabotage a fake trackitt war monster like you? Oh wait, that's what you do. Assume things in your head and come here and mouth off.

I feel bad dealing with that ShaEB1B guy on this thread. A lot of worried parents might be coming here to check updates on the topic which is not related to his rant.
