I was thinking H1 would filed under "not subject to cap" when you have 140 approved- am I wrong here ?

Yes I need H1, but to file h1 I have to have 140 approved.. because I am already out of U.S. and there are no days left on my h1 for capturing

Congratulations to all who got their PERMs approved, and all the best to those who are waiting..
My PERM got certified on 3/26 (yet to get email from GIT) and I am currently in India as I reached MAXOUT last year.
Do you think my case is eligible for 140 to be filed under premium ? Please throw some light.
