I found my original hard copy in my file itself after long searching, so I didn't take any other action from my end. So you can also spend some time to search on your end to find it out. I hope you will get it :) All the best!!!

to allendsup23:
If you are 4 years B.E bachelor degree + 5 years progressive experience in the current employer itself, you will be eligible for EB2. I think you are good. One of my friend's employer filed EB2 only. His PERM and I-140 got approved without any audit. I hope it helps. All the best! You can check with your lawyer as well before filing for safer side.

Thanks krishna0125 for your your prompt response!

Yes. My H1B extension was filed based on I-140 Approval, but I am not sure whether my extension is really went to Nebraska (or) any other centers. I have asked same question to my employers as well. I am waiting for my employer response for this.

In this case, should my employer get another receipt notice as well from new center by next 7 business days? Please confirm. Thanks!

Topic: Driver license renewal refused at DPS in Texas

to anirtx:
Congratulations for renewing your driving license!
I got my 8th year Regular H1B extension receipt number( Notice Date : 03/30/2016) from my employer
on yesterday(04/09) based on my I-140 Approval. I got A Beneficiary Number in my H1B extension receipt.
Since my current I-94 and Virginia Driving License are going to expire on coming June 16th 2016,
I am planning to go to Fairfax DMV Virginia Office next week Saturday(04/16) for renewing my DL.
Before going, I would like to get some details from experts.

1. Should I ask DMV Officer to verify my A Beneficiary Number in their SAVE system?
If not, what are all the steps I need to take on my end and ask them?
2. Since my I-94 is not expiring, should I ask them to verify my valid I-94 number (or) A Beneficiary Number which is mentioned in my H1B extension receipt?
3. How long will take time for above process? Please suggest.

Thanks in Advance for your response!

I got my 8th year H1B extension approval on Nov 04th.I think I will get my approval notice on tomorrow as per Fedex.
My Virginia Driving License is already expired on Oct 1st 2015.

What are all the other documents should I carry other than current I-797 approval and my apartment Lease copy
while renewing my DL on coming Saturday?

Should I take my Car Title document as well(Is it really mandatory?) while renewing my Virginia Driving License? Please confirm. Thanks!
