Still "case was transferred". I received the hard copy of approval notice from my employer and got a 3 year extension this time.

USCIS filing date : 18th April 2017 at NSC , transferred to CSC on 15th June 2017 . Got an email from my employer that it has been approved on 22nd August . Haven't received the approval notice yet. Case status has not changed online and mine was under normal processing. Good Luck to all

Yes, I am aware of that 240 day rule. My question is if you don't hold a US DL, can you put up a fresh application.

Can you apply for a fresh driver's license when your h1b extension is pending with USCIS. Mine is stuck in Vermont Processing center for last 4 months and i don't hold any DL in US.

Guys, I have a question. My I 94 expired on 31st Oct. I have filed for extension on sep3. I don't think i will get extension approval anytime before February. I didn't take the US driver's license till now. Can i go and apply for a new license in DMV. Will that 240 day rule be applicable to me. I am in NJ and i have a valid indian driver's license.
