Did GIT reach out to you for any documents or they took care of it themselves?

the filing fee needs to be borne by the employer. However, the premium fee need not be paid by the employer and its ok if the employee pays just the fee for premium (1250). Thats what I have heard.

Yes i got similar response. They will reach out to us only when there is something we need to provide. Also, from what I have been hearing they take close to 3 months to respond to RFEs.

What was the reason for your RFE if I may ask and did GIT reach out to you?

Whats the duration did it take for you to refile from the time you received the RFE? I received RFE too.

Not sure how long it will take on the response, but typically I have been told RFE response would be reviewed faster than the original application, so I would estimate a month or two.

I do not. GIT has not contacted me.

Typically I was told it depends on the response time given by USCIS. If they wanted a response in 30 days, we are safe. 90 days, I dont think GIT will respond quickly.

Its been a week since I saw the update and GIT is yet to contact me as to why there was an RFE. Long wait again!!!

Topic: Changing employer while I140 is pending

Does it mean we could retain the date even if it is immediately after I140 is approved or should we stay 180 days or so to retain, when we switch?

GIT will get in touch with you. When you receive ETA 9089 you have to sign and send back... they will instruct you.. It might take a couple of months maybe but after that wait wait and wait for them to file the I140 :)

Approved on April 3 and no case manager assigned. My Max out is a couple of years away, so I am not exactly in your situation but in the Perm/I140 date range perspective, yes..

Are they doing Premium processing if our Max out is less than one year or two years, even without D level approval? Any one has clues?

And like so many am 3 months+ and waiting for a case manager to be assigned even :(.
