Did you resigned from the current employment on the Fedex or still awaiting for the receipt number then you will be resigning from the current employer.

Joined your New Employer?

Thanks Animesh23

Still My Application is not filled. They are planning to file next week.

As you Say better one is the Receipt Number and the next better one will be Fedex Receipt.

Not to resign Before that.

Do you also deal with fragoment Lawyer ?

Fragomen Lawyer is a Big Firm.
Did they Filed You Case ?
When You Resigned from your Employer after the petition received by USCIS or before that itself as you say fragoment said?
Have you joined company B yet?

Most of the Forums are suggesting resign after getting receipt number but some folks who did premium processing on March last week yet to get the receipt number.

If I join the company without receipt Number my papers are good and company has good reputation is it worth taking the risk.

My Lawer Yet to send document to USCIS Shall i wait till the receipt number or Once they send the documents to USCIS Is fine I have valid visa stamped till 2018 and my I94 Is.

And Employer B is American Company with good reputation.

But employer B Havent Filed Yet going to File.
And He his asking me to resign without the receipt # Is that Fine.
Or for the safer Side get the Receipt # Then resign.
Which is Best Option. Employer B is a Big Company in US in Top 10 List.

Topic: H1B Transfer - Urgent

HI ALL,

I am working for Employer A and Got a Full time Opportunity with Employer B.

Employer B Filed LCA Got Approved Yet to File Form I-129/ H1B Transfer Initiation to USCIS.

I need to resign from Employer A. Which is the better one and safest one.

Resigning after receiving the Receipt Number or once they send the Form I-129 to USCIS is enough?.

Is there something which I need to be concerned about?

Please help.

Thank you all in Advance.
