I am sorry I probably was not clear. Can you not take it from your medical provider? For example for my family all the immunizations show up online on their portal. But don't worry too much about it, they have blood tests that reconfirm all the required immunizations.

If it is not a hassle you can take both. Regardless, the doctor will anyway do the blood work to confirm the immunizations and other tests.

For 140, notices (approve,RFE,etc) are only sent to the attorney. The applicant (you) will not get it. For 485 both you and attorney will get the notices.

Yes, I140 is approved. Seen a similar case myself. In case your friend or his attorney have not got the approval notice, they can have their attorney to raise a SR to get a duplicate notice sent.

Sorry about that. A denial is more common than it seems here on Trackitt. My suggestions, re file a fresh 140, preferably with a different attorney. I know people have re filed and got approved the second time. It is all officer dependent. Do not give up or loose hope.
Good luck!

Assuming you filed concurrently, you should expect a medical RFE in 4-6 weeks. You can raise a SR anytime for 485 as long as your 485 RD is within the processing time published by USCIS @ NSC.

There are separate processing times for 140 and 485. The March 2017 date you see is the 485 RD date. So your case is still beyond what the USCIS is currently processing. But you can always get lucky and they pick up case outside the current processing window. Hope this helps. Good luck!

No it is not a norm. They mostly come together. Hopefully you will get all the cards mailed together.

Don't worry. Your employment will not have any impact on your child's 485 processing. His processing is dependent solely on your 485 status which is already approved.

Yes, TSC has always been faster than NSC. Current 140 processing times in NSC is around 11-12 months. It is still better than during our days when it was nothing less that 16 months. EAD times is around 6 months from 485 RD(used to happen within 6 weeks earlier). Transfer to NBC will not happen util your 140 is approved and your 485 is picked up for final processing.
Hope this helps.

Topic: Renewing TN Visa With A Approved I-140

You have an approved 140 & based on your nationality you are current. Why dont you apply your 485, chances are you will get approved or at least get an EAD before your TN expiry.
Apologize, if I misunderstood your situation.

Most cases the courtesy approval notice comes after you get the actual cards. That's how I got it.

It is very difficult to reason a logic Sup J. I had 2 of the three conditions you listed (i.e. non-concurrent & RFE for BC) but did not get a Sup J.
Hope you get your approval soon.

Initial EAD is for 1 year. Subsequent renewals are for 2 years.
However it is also strongly advised to extend your Visa unless you have maxed out. If there is an issue in 140 or 485 only a valid visa will help you stay, work & reapply.

All other things normal, based on the dates you mentioned, your 485 processing should start immediately.

I think you are past the SR stage. It might be helpful to take an infopass appointment at your local field office. Unfortunately, you cannot take an infopass for 140, you will need to get your attorney to take the appointment and visit the field office for more information.

Ofcourse we can use USPS priority express. I used it and it was delivered the next day. I could also see the the officer's name who picked it up from PO box in the tracking. He was the same who issued my RFE. Just remember NOT use(check) the signature required option. Because, if there is no one to sign for the package, then the package might be sent back USPS.

No mine was simple. It asked to submit a BC that establishes the birth & parentage of the application. It also asked for the class X certificated and optionally the other evidences like passport etc.
My initial application contained my BC, so I resubmitted that along with the other documents.
