Topic: EB1C - Texas service center

Finally received confirmation from my employer that i140 is now approved. EB1C Application was filed on the 18th of November 2016, RFE received in July 2017, and responded to RFE on September 2017. The USCIS website still has a status of RFE response received. Good luck to other applicants.

Topic: Travelling on AP while renewal is pending

My active AP expires on 02/02/2018, and due to the serious health issues of a close family member, I am looking to organize a trip back home to UK in early january for 2 weeks. My i140 is pending and on an RFE review stage. I was wondering if anyone else has been in similar positions, and can give some advice on the following questions:
1. Does travelling abroad on a current AP while another application is renewing cause any issues?
2. If the pending i140 does get denied while I am abroad (along with the i485), can I still use my current E-1 Visa (expires 2019) to re-enter the US?

I am trying to contact my attorney but not had much success so far.

Topic: I-140 Regular processing time - Texas service center

My RFE response was received by USCIS on 12th of September, but no updates as of yet (Monday will mark 90 days). I called customer service yesterday and got through to tier 2, and they said they will contact the office and have them send an update by mail.
