Topic: Do we need to show all Experience letters for PERM/I-140?

Hello Everyone,
I had question regarding Experience letters(in correct format) for GC. I did my Masters here in US and then I was able to get experience letter in proper format from 2 employers(Total 3.5 years experience) and have experience with current employer for 3 years. But before joining my current employer, I worked for MNC for 6 months who gave me basic Experience letter(designation, Start/End date, Full time) but they were not ready to provide the roles and responsibilities on Experience letter. And I was not able to get affidavit from my manager there who has left that company also but he is out of country right now. So, my employer mentioned they will not include this 6 months experience while filing as it is not in correct format. Has someone gone through that? Would RFE come in I-140 stage for missing 6 months experience? Please let me know if anyone has any inputs.

Topic: PERM application for CTS (Cognizant) employees

Hello Everyone,
They did file my PERM last Friday and I am on my last year.. with Maxout Oct 2015.
Also, I had a question regd my Experience letters. I did my masters here in US and then I was able to get experience letter in proper format from 2 employers(Total 3.5 years experience). But before joining Cognizant in 2011, I worked for MNC for 6 months and they were not ready to provide the roles and responsibilities on Experience letter. And I was not able to get affidavit from my manager there who has left that company also but he is out of country right now. So, GIT mentioned they will not include this 6 months experience while filing. I will try to get from him affidavit but not sure if I will be able to get. Has someone gone through that? Would RFE come in I-140 stage for it? When checking with a lawyer he mentioned you don't have to show all the experience letters if the ones you have are sufficient for filing. Please let me know if anyone has any inputs.

Topic: PERM application for CTS (Cognizant) employees

Hello Everyone, My Maxout is next year and still PERM has to be filed, so I will be past 365 days. I had a question regd moving from H1 to H4 and then filing extension after 365 days completion.Has anyone gone thru' that with CTS? Do they help with such cases? I was hired here in US, do you still remain CTS employee when you move to H4?

Thanks Steven8

I submitted my documents early Oct. My Maxout is Oct 2015 only, so I will be past the 365 day rule next year. So, will have to see what to do next year then. So, my question was when they say they will start End of 2014 do they mean they'll file the PERM application at time. Because as I know there is Labor process where they put ur resume for 30 days or so which happens before PERM application is filed. When does that process happen? This is just to see how many days will I have to be out of country next year and then file extension.

I am applying for PERM in next cycle which GIT says will start end of 2014. I had a question regarding the LCA process which happens before the PERM application is filed. Would they tell us about when they will do that? Or will that start end of 2014 and PERM will be filed after that next year? Any input on this is appreciated from those who have filed before.
