Topic: After 6 years H1b expires

HI All,

my PERM application was denied and currently the appeal is pending with BALCA. (Current employer A).
I am currently in my H1 7th year and 7th year (as well as my current I94) expires in Oct 2014.
I understand that BALCA processing may take very long time and very less chances of positive results.

Considering above, I wanted to know
1. If I join another employer B now, can I expect to get my H-1 transferred successfully and the date would still be until Oct 2014 (end of 7th year)?
2. Is my work/stay considered legal even if employer A withdraws appeal after my resignation?
3. will this work/stay with employer B, cause any issues in next GC application by employer B? (The reason for this question is because - the reason for 7th year extn/PERM application is withdrawn, so how come the stay remains valid? someone told me its individual responsibility to leave US in such a cases)

Topic: PERM application for CTS (Cognizant) employees

1 Quick question:

PERM Applied: JUNE 2012
Current I-94 expiration: July 2013
6 years completion: Sept 2013.
H1 Extension Applied: FEB 2013
PERM DENIAL RECEIVED: 3 April 2013
H-1 Extension approval received: 10 April 2013 (for upto sept 2014-->which is end of 7th year)

Yet to receive any response from GIT/Global Mobility team on what is going to be the course of action on my case.
But, wanted to know if
1). I am eligible to stay upto Sept 2014 on the basis of Approved H-1 extension
2) I cannot consider my approved H-1 extension for 7th year since PERM is denied?

If 2 is true, when is my eligible stay coming to end...?
