Executive is basically for working professionals who want MBA in their degree list. Practically it is not that useful but it should make your cv more powerful. Regular is obliviously more prospects than Executive, but executive backed by your industry experience should have better prospects. Choose specialization wisely...better to have aligned it with your experience. e.g. if you have good domain knowledge in BFS then finance can be good choice. You can find plenty of sites for university list and rankings. Fees vary college to college- you can find it on college site. You may want to prefer nearby college, classes timing, fees and specialization available instead of accreditations and other things.

Eb1 looks very difficult in your case.

for MBA you may need to score in GMAT. I will suggest first decide on specialization based on your interest, your experience and prospects in India and then look for college/university. In general Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT etc. are high demand specializations in India. Evening or weekend classes can work for you. Executive MBA can be another option you can look for.

for #1- i will suggest don't do that. What I heard so far is CTS is the best place or say best among worst company to get GC. since you are 'associate' you won't be in EB1 and have to wait for long time

for 2#- good thought. ms/mba won't help you much in getting faster gc but certainly help you to get better career options when you go back to India. all the best.

I think you have initiated GC too late or little early. If you are here from 14 yrs then you could have initiated it much earlier or could have wait for managerial post to file it in EB1.
