are you sure it was updated on Nov 11th being Saturday? Nov 10th is federal holiday too. That means they are working on Holidays and weekends?

They don't work on weekends, but they are supposed to get back in 15 calendar days from the date they cashed the cheque.

Does speciality occupation has anythign to do with the wage level? they didnt question anythign on the wage in my case. I got RFE and got denied when i had level 1 in there.
We are reapplying with level 3 now with everything else same. Do you think i can have a hope with just wage level change?

I believe it because I am in the same boat. Level 3 with 11.5 Yrs of experience . It got denied cause of Speciality occupation from Caifornia center. It is not the qualification they are questioning, but the job duties. It looks like how much ever you document, they can always comeback saying it is not well enough to satisfy Speciality occupation.

Topic: H1B Consular processing in Premium

It was initially filed as normal, got the RFE (was on specialty occupation, no mention about level 1), we filed the RFE response , then converted to premium which is when it got denied. Mine fall under Level 1.

I do not know the reason yet. I got RFE before the denial and it was on specialty occupation. They either are not satisfied with our evidences or something else unrelated (might be due to Level 1 wage even though it was not mentioned in RFE). Not sure yet.

Is USCIS supposed to take decision or NVC? decision will arrive in 15 days in any case?

I suppose I need to go to my home country since I don't have a valid I94 on H1 (Canada, mexico may not be option as I don't have H1, is that not true?) .
