Topic: H1b extension processing time - Nebraska My attorney dint get any email. Since its regular filing they mailied the copy of 797 on Oct 30th and he recieved it on 6th. Anything still to worry?

Topic: Any recent H1B Extension approval's in EVVC model? I dont have LCA to share SOC CODE, but sure its wage level 2 or higher and its my 1st extension 4th year of H1. Highest degree: MS and gor approval on 30th Oct. Attorney got notice but online status not yet updated to approved. (not sure why)

Topic: H1b extension processing time - Nebraska Attorney received I797 notice correspondence from USCIS on Nov 6th. In the approval notice, the Approval date was mentioned as Oct 30th. Trying to understand why is this a thing to worry when attorney received the approval copy? only concerned about the online status which still says Name was updated instead of approved

Topic: I - 140 Pending 500+ days - EB2 My I 140 was applied in Jan 2015 (regular processing - EB2)and after couple of SR to USCIS (Dec 2015 and July 2016), I came to know that its in extended review first and now in security check. Its been almost 500+ days now and not exactlysure when I can hear back something.
