Topic: Experience letter for i140

I am in usa on E2 visa and i own 51 % share in business of gas station. i have 5 years experience of retail by working at my own business. x company have sponsored me for job and my labor certification perm have been approved
i applied for i 140 and uscis asked to send the experience letter on my company letter head.

I own the business with 51 % share and i am manager of business.. so when i send them the experience letter which is from my business.. i should sign the experience letter for my self on company letter head as a manger or my business partner who is 49% share holder he should sign the letter

is there is any problem if i prepare the letter for my self on company letter head because i own the business with majority share holder

thanks.
