Topic: PERM application for CTS (Cognizant) employees

Hello friends,

While feeling happy with an influx of approvals. But selfishly waiting for some info on mine. May i know if there are few who have same series -

It has been in audit for what seems like ages since Feb 28, 2013. Anyone from same series waiting???

Topic: February PERM Cases

Thanks for checking. Much appreciate.
I did reach out to the employer and got the reply that they logged in to Icert with employer credetials and what they see is my perm is still "in prcess". Also mentioned was, that DoL is (in)famous for such goof ups so it ain't a surprise to them, even though its unfortunate.

Won't conclude, to anything, but just say, wait is just on....

Thanks dear, once again for checking. I will post the update the moment i hear something.

Topic: February PERM Cases

@ Namrat - Since i discovered the mishap on Friday, i sent the request next moment and am now counting hours for the work week to start and hope for a faster reply.

@ reneny - My hopes have anyway dashed so now based on confirmation from reply i receive from employer will have to start planning for Plans B to Z (A being over :-) if so)

@ Sak2013 - I like the sense of humor in your sarcasm :-).

All - Thanks for your replies. Hope this coming week will clear out the ambiguity sooner than later. But one thing is sure, that records being visible for more than 48 hours and then vanishing ..seems not a system glitch but human error :-) if it was ever.

Topic: February PERM Cases

I am seeing one(!!) of the very unique scenarios. My PD=02/26, Category EB3.
On 09/10 early morning around 8 AM EST, i go to the ICERT, and check the status. Ecstatic i am to see my A-XXXX in the certified few. Before jumping off the cliff, spend whole day rechecking the ICERT again and again with different permutations to validate that the result i am seeing is true and not a fluke.
On 09/11 yet again i embark in my breaks to recheck the status. Every time the ans = my ETA is certifed.
Now the twist.
Yesterday, while planning for something else, i happen to recheck the threads in Trackitt and then accidentally go to ICERT to check for some analysis of this weeks numbers.
Stunned i am to see my case vanish from the certified few. I remember seeing two cases with just a difference between mine and other one of a few numbers e.g. if my last 3 digits were 123 other had 345.

Wanted to check here in the group, if there is anyone in similar crazy situation or its just me? Also is it common that ICERT puts certified and can pull out the case in next few days and move it back to ...anything (non certified).

Friends...any guesses or thoughts?
