Did you even read the post fully? PD is in Sep 2013, which means filing happened in Sep 2013 prior to the shutdown.

well that doesn't change the outcome of the perm anyways since it will be denied ;-)

you missed a word out - "Global mobility continues to prepare "FRAUDULENT" cases for submission.

Guys, there is no hope for ct* employees. Period!

Today I got a mail from Global Immigration Team that they filed my PERM to USCIS.
Category: EB2
Priority date: SEP/2013
Maxout date: OCT/2014
Perm initiated:JUN/2011 - ETA-9089 (got stuck on this point for 2+yrs)

Finally they are moving forward with Perms for EB2...

Dude that is impossible. The government is shutdown so DOL is NOT accepting any PERMS. Just another example of how CT* fools you!

an M in CT* is a person who manages people who offshore work! Nothing else.

I recently joined CTS and initiated my GC processing. Looks like a lot of folks here are close to the immigration process in CTS so posting my case here. Any indication if my case would be processed in this cycle and in which EB category? I've BE + 8 yrs of exp prior to CTS.

Joined CTS - aug 2013 (band M)
submitted docs in my visa- 9/28
max out - 1/24/2015

I raised GSD to get more information on from immigration team and I was suggested that a case manager isn't assigned yet, and he/she would contact with more information. status on my visa is "Questionnaire and Document submitted by Associate"

You made a huge mistake by joining ct*. I dont think you have a choice but to go back in jan 2015.

actually its a mix of both..they are prioritizing on the basis of max out as well as doc submission date. Bottom line is they will file for everyone in the queue by the end of this year.

and then at the end of the line, everyone will be denied though. You missed that out.

Jan 2014? You should be packing up. Don't worry, the rest of the ct* guys will follow you soon, since their perm will be denied anyways.

yes this time the filing will continue till end of the year.

So basically you are saying fraud filing will continue. No point, it will be rejected anyways. Enjoy waiting for ct* filing it and then dol denying it ;-)

I heard that they are not moving forward with Nov filing. Also, since there have been so many complaint letters written about ct* to dol, they will not be moving forward with perm.

Oh well, there is nothing else for you to talk since your perm is going to be denied regardless. Atleast don't upset other people of the forum.

Good response.

I will also write to the DOL about CTS and complain about them filing 1000's of PERMs at once and them trying to game the system. These offshoring companies must stop this fraud.

You should go for #1.
#2 is impossible within a few months. Immigration bill in my opinion will never pass. It's just a political game and nothing will ever happen

You're right. They are no scientists.

All they do is Onsite co-ordination work. They talk to the client, understand requirements and then talk during the night to give those to CHEAP offshore resources and get them to deliver the work.

Next day morning, they talk to offshore resources, understand progress, report to customer.

They're nothing but people here to OFFSHORE the WORK to get it done cheaper. That's all. That is what is called outsourcing/offshoring and that's how all these DESI companies work.

How is it possible that CTS files so many 1000's of PERMS without finding 1 local to do the onsite co-ordination job? DOL and USCIS have realized it and they've been doing a great job of filtering by denying them.
