Topic: I140 application for CTS (Cognizant) employees

I seriously don't know but someone I am getting a feeling that with roughly 5K+ PERM approvals and the way it is going + the GIT history last minute screw up is bound to happen. Not for everyone but for most of up and will happily put the blame on us.

Fingers crossed and I hope this doesn't happen

Also if we spread these 5K+ PERMS across MAR to NOV (9 months = 240 days (inclusive of weekends and holidays)) i.e.: the 180 days PERM expiry

They have to process 5000 / 240 days = 21 I-140 cases per day

It took 3.5 years for me to get (Approvals, Picking Case, PERM filing and approval) and Waiting for last 3+ months to file my I-140

I am guessing for me it will be close to around 5 years to get I-140 and you will find many people here who have spent on an average 3+ years in just getting the PERM approval

Don't think twice but 100 times before entering the process and falling in the there net

Sorry but you are wrong they are not f***ed up but we are.

We are at their mercy and cannot do anything but play between the policies

54 working days left

I hope they don't wait until the last moment and come up with queries and more documentation to screw up ti filing.

Anyone here with month or less left for I-140 expiry (probably people with MAR PERM approvals)

Wow! hats off for your patience just the PERM took 4 years

Smart policies will keep us with them until they don't want us to leave or until we allow them to do it

What I can say is I know people who are beyond max out into their 7th or 8th year and still they are waiting for the I140 to be filed

We at least have 1000+ people on this forum and I hardly saw may be 10 getting filed and approved so looking at the 180 days timeline it seems to be a big task. I am only worried about the last minute screw up. I don't want to get into any RFE / rejection due to this mess and spend years running around corporate policies and approvals.
