Enough man. This proves beyond doubt you are troll. Get a life.

Topic: SUE IV

Good or bad, suing or only starting negative threads about IV will not get us GCs.
I am in no way related to IV and i don't support them in any manner, i am just frustrated opening trackitt. There is lot of energy wasted in unnecessary debates, personal attacks etc.

This is causing more division, when the need is more unity where we can collectively work to get our GCs faster. I request you and other people like you to use your energy in a more constructive way.

Topic: N0 HR392 in DACA Bill

For many people revoking h1 extension is a life changing event that will impact negatively. I hope what you are saying is true and you are not a troll who takes pleasure by playing with people's emotions

Topic: N0 HR392 in DACA Bill

The chances of hr392 being included in daca seems very slim.

This is the message from our company's government affairs department on Hr392.

"**** our sources indicate that this bill has little chance of being included in any DACA legislation because it is outside of the scope of the negotiations. However, we are continuing our engagement in this debate."

Topic: Update DS-160 after printing dropbox confirmation letter

Fill a new ds160. You can use the existing one and create a new one out of that. That way you don't have to fill all info.

In the traveldocs website, after you login just update the ds160 confirmation number with the new one and print dropbox letter. Discard old ds160 to avoid confusion

Topic: Birth Certificate - Registration Date

Hi All,

My wife's Birth Certificate is registered 9 months after her birth. My attorney said that if Birth Certificate is registered > 3 months we need to get affidavits from parents/relates. There is no problem in getting affidavits, but I am wondering is that really required?

Thanks!

Topic: On H1.. Please help

To OP,
If your I140 from employerB is approved (and they do not withdraw it) you can go for 6+ extension for 3 years from Employer A.

If employer B's perm is pending for >1 year, then you will get 1 year of extension based on that

If dates become current and employer B files for I485 you can work on ead at employer A until your GC is approved. After that it's advisable to work for employer B

No affect of employer A's GC process on Employer B's GC process
