Topic: Jan 2013 PERM Audits for CTS Employees

As per the trend, the way DOL is processing the cases it looks like in next 6 months they will be able to complete all the cases for the Q2 FY13 ...

DOL is processing on an average 2% of case per month filed in that Quater.

I don't think option 2 is a better option, outside world is not always green. It has its own challenges, like not getting salary on time, no leaves, always in risk of getting fired, and moreover at the time of joining every consulting company promises thing to get you on board and then forget about. You are only a body to them not an employee so keep these things in mind.

CTS as this big organization there will always be a way to get things done, and company also understand what is most critical at this time, and the most critical thing is to get the PERM going so that we can continue our stay in US. As long as your are here in US, you can make things happen the way you want. I dont think so company like CTS will not do EB2 upgrade later on because that will cost them money nope, I am pretty positive as long as your project gives the approval everything should be fine.

I am positive about upgrading the PERM to EB2, as long as your project is ready to pay for it but nothing concrete from GIT.
