Topic: PERM application for CTS (Cognizant) employees Hello Folks. My Details are below PD: 06/27/2012 catagory:EB3 I-94 valid: 03/08/2013 Max out date:04/05/2013 Since last 10 days, I was keep on following up with GIT team to get the PERM status and today got update saying that "they have not recieved anything from DOL." I doubt that they did check my case online . I think that guy simply sent a mail saying that thy dont have not recieved anything. I see everybody'case is getting audited. I have not heard from anybody whose perm got approved for the first time since last 6 months. Only 5 months left from h1 cap...please give some suggestions so that I can plan. Thank YOu.

Topic: PERM application for CTS (Cognizant) employees Hello guys, MY PD is 06/27 Catagory :E3 (e3 offcourse in cognizant) I see the page-8 pdf uploaded to my case. I am not getting any update about my perm status from green card team or from my case manager. I created a gsd ticket to get the status and after one day the ticket marked as "Resolved" saying that "one mail sent to Greencard team and CC'ed you" . Now three business days over but I don't have any answer even I sent 2 follow-up emails in-between. Any better way you guys know to get the perm status quick?
