I beleivem GIT will send emails to all based on I94 expiry date. If everyone who is getting email from GIT for I140 can confirm there I94 expiry date, then it will help us determine the trend

In 2014, DOL approved seceral PERM on 27/28/31 March and on 1 April as well. So it cannot be that DOL is busy with H1's this year. Most likely cases are being processed and not updated. Just wait for few days.
Meanwhile, some of us who have got approvals can please see how to get I140's filed ASAP, and share there experience with rest of us.

Any idea if our PERM gets approved now, how much will CTS take to file I140? And how much time it take these days to get I140 approval?

I heard from a CTS friend that she got I140 filed through CTS last June, and she is still waiting for approval. Seems like even if you get PERM approved, you may get stuck for I140 as well. Any ideas?

If #2 was the reason, why is CTS filing EB1 visa so blatantly. I am leaning more towards #1.

I recently heard that there are Vendors who are ready to process PERM even before we join them on payroll. Once the PERM is approved they will file I140 as well, and we need to join their payroll at that point. Ofcourse they are asking to pay for the processing fees for PERM and I140. Is this a better option so that I can have a parallel PERM filed which may get approved earlier than CTS? Anyone herd these stories elsewhere? Please let me know, so that I can take some decision.

I have similar observation. Curious to know from anyone who has filed after Sep 2013 and any updates?
