We called the USCIS and they said it was mailed out —we didn’t just receive it yet. However, the created yet another SR for this call. We didn’t want them to do that but they did. I hope too many SRs are not seen as an irritant

We got this response to our SR on “January 12, 2018, we sent a response to your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time” They did this before and it was an email but this time no email .
Does this mean by mail now? Should we call them ?

Are the cases listed here only those where one has added their case number to these reports or does this report cover all the cases within the period ?

Can someone interpret the meaning of this response to an SR? “As of January 3, 2018, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number T1________is currently not assigned for processing”

This was a verbal request and they said we should hear back within 15 to 30 days yet this is the notation on the portal.

And We sent an earlier requst and they advised that our case should be dealt with within 60 days. Any comments would be appreciated tnx

Was the I-140 EBIC tracker been wiped clean? I only see 2 Feb 2017 RD on the total list.

I got this SR response after 9 months processing wait. Thoughts?
We got this reply from immigration: We have received your service request and researched the status of your case. We have had to perform additional review and this has caused a delay in processing time. Your case is currently with an adjudicating officer. You should receive a decision or notice of further action within 60 days.
