Rest assured, both are separate. However as your project changes, you will need to update attorney with skills for new project. Wait for communication from attorney. |

There is no further review/approval from DM. You received the nomination email from GI means it has cleared all approvals. Now you'd need to wait for the attorney's email. Usually that comes in a few weeks after the nomination cycle closes. |

Just inquisitive... I saw there is a ETA case number on the 9089 attorney sent me to sign. If you translate the 5 digits after the 'T-', you will get a date. Is your PD around that or the PD is different from that. |

Cool. Thanks for the update... |

Well you could try the larger forum, sure there are many cases here. Apart from that contact the attorney, they will suggest alternatives if all options are exhausted. |

Cool. The verification template is given in advance so that you can get it in time. It's not for PERM. I would say get in the format the attorney asked, although you could share the prior letters with them and see if they agree. What they would look is the role, skills and job duties... |

Well I received my draft for review and signature an hour back. Attorney is FDBL. |

Cool. Anyone else from FDBL got their drafts. |

I got a note from attorney that my case has been drafted and is undergoing reviews. All the eligible PERMs should be filed by end of April as mentioned in earlier posts. |

I don't think it's tied to that. It has to do more with the results of the recruitment, that's how they will proceed.
But good to know that FDBL has started sending out ETA 9089. Cool. |

Well same for me. I guess for FDBL things started to move for some. Let's wait. |

Well, I don't think it's company or DoL specific. Companies might not have any PERMs filed that could be approved or PERM approvals could be delayed due to audits. |

Well I am seeing this as a case to case basis. Best thing is to work with attorney and see what works out. Again it will vary from case to case, best left to the attorney.
FYI, I had signed off on the skills letter for an ex-Infoscion and though the attorney had a different format Infy sent in the approved format. Spoke to him later and his attorneys had used the Infy HR email in the case. So just check it out. Things will work. Attorney is best to guide you out here. |

Same here, and I had to reach out to my attorney to get a confirmation.
Well PERM approval times depends on case to case basis. Anyone can post timelines from past quarters... |

Well that's a long one... Refer to allendsup23's post earlier. BTW with FDBL, I had to follow up after submitting my documents. There is no status page which tells you about them needing any information or any other info. |

Yes, the page has issues. But if you select categories from the drop down and see a record then that’s your category. |
