Topic: H1B Transfer

I recently filed for extension with company A and got it extended till 3/2020. I got offer from company B and they initiated my transfer and asking me to join on fedex receipt. I agreed initially since the PP was suspended. Now that it will be resumed on Oct 3, I am thinking whether i can ask them to upgrade to PP and wait for my approval

Topic: H1B Transfer to a New Employer - 240 Days Rule

Hello,
My I-94 with my previous employer(A) expired Dec'31 2016. I had an extension approved from Jan1 2017 till Dec 31 2019 from the same employer(A).
However, I had to leave the employer-A on Dec31'2016 and applied tranfer to a new employer(B) on Dec'30 2016 one day before the actual I-94 expired. Later, Employer A has applied for withdrawl of my extension that has validaity till 2019.

Now, the I-129 through Employer B got an RFE and case is still pending with USCIS. It's been more than 240 days and question I have is -
"Does this 240 day rule applies to me as my I-129 is with a new employer but not an extension with the previous employer?"
I have an approved 140 with a priority date Dec'2010.

Appreciate your reply.

If in the same case as above, what if the Transfer gets approved only for 1 year, does the PERM need to be approved with in 1 year to file further extension with new company or can the Previous company 140 approval can be used to further extend?

The immi team is not getting it, they just check the case status online and give me a reply back that Your case is still pending. Its frustrating. I am not sure they would call USCIS for me, or i am not sure how to make them call

Topic: H4 approval notice received, H1 pending

Hello Every one, Just need some info...I received my H4 approval notice to my mailing address a week back with approval date of Aug 23, 2017. I am yet to receive the H1 approval notice from employer. I checked with them, they are saying they are yet to get it. Its been 2 weeks now.

If H4 is approved means, H1 should have also been approved right? Unfortunately the status on the uscis site is not reflecting for both H1 and H4.

Please let me know how long it usually takes for h1 in this case or any one experienced this type of case?

Same state, got H4 approval on 08/23 but still waiting for H1 copies, my assumption is that if H4 gets approved, H1 also should have been approved right? I checked with employer, same as you, still they are yet to get the approval notice. Not sure how long does that take?
