yes Ashish, even if you have EAD, you should apply.

for any reason till you get your GC... its better to have Visa and continue working on it.

hi, my l1a is expired however filed extension. as long as u have receipt number you can continue to stay and work. (can use EAD too for that matter) both technically to me means the same.

once you get receipt number for your extension filed you can work till 240 days..

Let visa extension happen in parallel to your GC filed.

don't take personally my friend nor judge me with few words of text.

I don't blame you either. Unfortunately, in the world of fake the real ones are getting lost.

Topic: Breaking News!!! CTS to stop filing H1 Extensions

i feel cts has a lot of profitability pressure and no one wants to spend on extensions and relocations, its like which project code will they charge to becomes a question. there is so much maara maari amoung project ESA managers. the way resourcing and planning is done it self is fished up.
on the other hand the vision of the company is more towards being something different. I dont see much training investment plan on existing employees.. do they need them anyways is the question.. so what to do with their extensions ?

i dont know whether this is the right forum to talk about this, but i feel its directly impacting whether they want to do extension of visa of the employee or search a project for him/her or bear him/her on bench cost.
