I don't understand why you guys don't complain to the DOL or sue AFTER leaving?

Is it loyalty?, gratitude for the project? or because we Indian's/S Asians don't want to harm others?

DOL Complaints can be made anonymously. I was amazed to learn recently that even a huge Outsourcer with a decent reputation has been underpaying its consultants.

I've been in a similar situation for a brief period of time so I know what you're going through.
Although once I learned what ticked off my super I was able to establish a better working relationship with him. your boss does appear to have a worse temper.

1. Be honest with yourself, even a true megalomaniac or sociopath can be worked with to some extent. Where/how/which
mistakes are you making that are ticking him off?
Are you willing to work hard and acquire the skills that will make him happy? In other words. What would your boss's side
of the story be if he were posting here?

2. I would definitely record audio even video on this douchebag.

3. Have you saved those interactions with HR???

Consider suing the company for damages. Emotional distress caused, loss of appetite. Get some prescriptions.
We're in the United States. There is no shame in doing that or standing up for yourself.
There are some crack lawyers you can get on the cheap if you present the right evidence.

Yes my case was transferred.

Did you raise an SR? If your attorney hasn't received an RFE yet then this could be a good sign.

I just raised one myself and have barely 40 days remaining so I fully expect to be on tenterhooks up until the very end.
My attorney refused to raise one earlier as I had suggested

And as a fellow employee and individual contributor my sympathies lie with him.

Yes, I can't be sure if his employer's behavior was egregious enough to merit douche bag status so I'm willing to take that back. apologies.

I don't want to speculate for you, but in my case it could be something they identified from the past that they've now flagged due to the additional scrutiny mandate and license to harass, they feel they've gotten under Trump/Sessions.

And if I believe that then I'm inclined to believe that all of these cases belong to folks that they couldn't approve right away due to some red flag.

After 9 friggin' months I can think of no legit reason for this delay.

When in October was yours filed? Did it get updated on the website or was it your attorney who informed you?

I just raised an SR so am waiting for my RFE. I feel all of these October cases got flagged for a reason, and most will end up with RFE's, otherwise it makes no sense that cases filed in May 2017 have gotten approved.

Absolutely ridiculous, thoughtless proliferation of rules by a clueless bureaucrat trying to impress their boss!!
Did I already say clueless?
The sad part is this team has learnt nothing from the past 50 years of US immigration history.

Navigating and ensuring compliance for this hugely complex new set of concurrent rules will engulf the USCIS.
As always millions of desperate immigrants will spend thousands in launching fraudulent cases based on accumulating points at a desensitized bureaucracy.

Merrill, TD,Etrade offer one.
If you're disciplined and stay the course over a 10 year horizon, there is potential for gaining materially and emotionally.
