Topic: H1 Extension approved in PP but not H4/EAD VSC

The trend is when you file using PP, only the H1 is coming in 15 days. The dependents H4 and H4 EAD will come as per I539 or H4 extension time lines for the service center used. As far as Vermont i think H4 extension cases are backed up by several months. Please check the processing time chart in USCIS site for current processing time.

Topic: H1b premium processing Vermont !! how long is it taking?

Premium Processing initial response takes 15 days. They have to respond with either an approval or an RFE as in your case.
I don't think they are time bound to 15 days from receiving your RFE response to make a final decision on your case.
Please check what your receipt notice says or check with your attorney. I am pretty sure of this

Topic: H1b extension processing time - Vermont

This happened to me also few weeks ago where H4 EAD showed as card mailed and H1 and H4 was showing Case received status. Finally all the approvals ( H1+H4) arrived a week later together to the attorney office.
Yours will be the same. No worries.

She can certainly be a day scholar and attempt to appeal for in state tuition fees through the university administration appeals process. We did this successfully for our daughter a few years back at a university in PA where we reside and paid state taxes for more than 7 years. We provided W2 tax filings and a also a letter from immigration attorney that we are in the GC process and hope to attain GC in few years. That helped us.
Good Luck!

Topic: Ageing Out Legal Immigrant Children

My H1B is approved for 3 years whereas for my dependents it is approved for 1 year. Since my older child will be 21 in Nov 2018 it seems like they gave same dates for spouse and younger child also. The H4EAD is also same expiry
How can we fix this? Do we need to file one more extension next year or we can go to India and get stamping and hope to get I94 expiry dates of H4 and H1B to match?
Please advise if anyone had similar experience
