All big corporate companies are having the issues as like CTS. Better you switch to small consulting companies.
Work for un-branded companies. Smaller consulting companies will have different set of problem. But give our immigrant situation, We have no alternate .... at least your GC process can be monitored closely and appropriate steps can be taken in your control.

Topic: Move Out of CTS for GC with less bureaucracy and accuracy

It’s all a bureaucracy that they will show but they never sincerely attempt to remediate this bulk PERM rejection.
We are all stuck with two bureaucratic systems. One is US Government and other one is Corporate Companies like CTS, INFY and etc…
Instead of playing with associates career and life, they could take stand like TCS, Igate, Acenture and communicate clearly that GC process will be terminated going forward. It would help the associates who would like to stay here permanently in US for work.

Neither they will terminate the GC process or execute the GC process with due-diligence , because it will affect their employee attrition.
I’m in my 7th year and I have no hope that the CTS GIT team will remediate this bulk rejection. At least other who have enough months and years, I would suggest you to think of moving out with small consulting companies and process your GC with less bureaucracy and accuracy
