Thanks spideey666 for your response.
My Attorney is saying they haven't received any details yet. I got auto email from USCIS stating

"On April 3, 2013, we mailed a notice requesting evidence/information for this case to you or your representative. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the material requested. This case will be held in suspense until we either receive the evidence/information or the opportunity to submit it expires. A new processing period will begin when we receive your response. "

seems USCIS sent the details via USPS mail to attorney. Do you think USCIS also sends REF details via Fax/Email ?

Also how long normally it takes for USCIS to take decision once attorney submits the required information ?

Hi,

I am working for Company 'A' . Got an offer with Company 'B' and they filed H1 transfer on 3/26. I have received an email from USCIS today stating RFE. Unfortunately I gave notice to Company A on 3/27 and now I am worried what happens if my H1 trasfer gets denied. Could any one plz let me know what are my options ? Last working day at Company A is April 12th. Not sure if company can respond to REF by that time.

Please do let me know if another employer say company C can file H1 when I am out of Company A and Company B petition gets denied.

Also let me know how long it takes for USCIS to send REF details to attorney

Thanks in advance
