Topic: PERM application for CTS (Cognizant) employees HI All, I applied for PERM with Cognizant on Apr 2012. I've submitted the required documents and it's been 4 months now nothing has been moved. Does anyone know when they will do PERM? Anytime GIT response is we are reviewing the DOL policy and get back to you... I heard some aduit going on and all PERM request are on hold. My Max of date is Feb 2014. Has anyone applied for PERM this year? Any progress?? Any reply is appreciated.
