Topic: Short Trips Abroad on a New Green Card

My wife is from one of those banned countries and travelled twice with advance parole without any issue , what do you mean by "As long as you don't have a passport issued by one of those countries or have traveled to one of those countries" ?????

You should be worried about denial(Sorry, but It was just a silly answer to your super silly question, why your case might be denied ? Based on what? )

Topic: Traveling on AP while I485 pending

I dont know why your lawyer or that officer said such a thing. Yes, the CBP officer can deny your entry if your underlying I-485 is not valid any more. This is why your entry is not guaranteed 100%. This is also true for any US visa, with any visa F1, H1b, etc if the CBP officer determines the individual is inadmissible for a particular reason, the entry of the person could be denied. So, no one's entry with any valid US visa is guaranteed 100%. Even the green card holder's entry is not guaranteed, even a green card holder could be denied entry due to a crime or if he/she has been out of states for more than 1 year without a travel permit.
I've not traveled with AP myself but my wife traveled with AP twice without any issue (also note to the fact that my wife is from one of those 6 countries ...but she did not have any issue at all traveling with AP). Even in the travel ban's EO, It's explicitly stated that nationals of those countries with a valid AP are exempted from the ban.
My lawyer also did not tell me anything bad about traveling with AP when I've asked him.
There are many posts here in trackitt that people ask about the safety of traveling with AP, but you can not even find one post who claims to be denied entry with AP

Topic: Traveling on AP while I485 pending

Who said to avoid it and what's the rationale behind that? I bet even those who say such things, have not heard about even one single case who was denied entry with AP. The only and only risk of traveling with AP is that if I-485 gets denied while the person is out of the country, the AP gets invalid. But this will never happen for you. You have approved I-140 , just you've had your interview and you are just waiting for final approval. Even if your case has not been advanced to this stage, no I-485 gets denied directly without being issued RFE, NOID beforehand and before getting RFE, NOID response.
Just enjoy your vacation. Anyone who told you there could be a risk, has some high level of stupidity.

Topic: New Travel Ban Question for GC holders

Seriously It was confusing for you?? Just read this :
https://www.fragomen.com/insights/alerts/supreme...
the paragraph that you have too look :
"
Several classes of foreign nationals are exempt from the restrictions, including U.S. lawful permanent residents, dual nationals traveling on a passport from a non-restricted country, foreign nationals who hold a valid U.S. visa or advance parole and those who were physically in the United States on the applicable original effective date of the travel restrictions. "

I myself recently travelled with AP not GC and did not have any issue (I'm born and a national of one of those countries)
BUT you are not even citizen of those countries !!!!! what type of question is this??
anyways , you'd be better to be always confused ....

Topic: I485 - Case Was Transferred to NBC

To Cestmoi : you have to be patient. Interview schedule happened for some of the cases after 2 months. I think you should get your notice within next 2 weeks.
To mammad: everything about USCIS is possible, nothing necessarily happens, but when some one says the interview schedule happens within 1-2 months time frame after transfer, this is because so far for majority this was the case. For majority, not 100%. So, this is why, my lawyer also says you should get your interview notice within 2 month after case transferred to NBC.
If you are depressed, you should not necessarily spread this in a public forum

Topic: I485 - Case Was Transferred to NBC

usually when uscis makes an action the online status changes , the day after uscis might send a notice to the applicant and that might trigger another online status change. This happend for me for some of my cases like EAD , I-140,.... . very usual

transfers to NBC for interviews have been started from late August, not June !!!. Many March, April cases like mine have been transferred recently . By the way "chakhan mikhay koni ye chizi begoo begonje"

Topic: Interview for already filed I485 cases

I did not know that objection to users who post a general ruling with 100% confidence for a new policy which is still not clear to us, might annoy you or the others. sorry for that !
and also you might not believe me but on the day uscis announced they are going to phase in interviews...., I really wished to be among those who get interviews, simply because It's a movement and I could have a speculation that when I would get my GC

Topic: Interview for already filed I485 cases

I dont see any relevancy between your post and what I meant to say. I've just wanted to say still for the interview policy there are many ambiguities, so if someone posts things which declares something without any uncertainty (by words like must, without any exception,... ) , It means he/she wants to fool the others or he/she has been already fooled. that's it.
Yea, I've heard from friends of friends but by the end of the day there is no certainty , I will not post here that all the applicants are like my friend of friends. It was pretty simple to understand, dont know you wanted to prove what with this irrelevant reply

Topic: Interview for already filed I485 cases

How some of you guys can speak about something like this which still has some ambiguities by such confidence and certainty ? Are you working in USCIS? If your father has mustache, does that mean all dads in the world have mustache? common you are adults . Just think a little bit, at least use words like might, may be, not, will, must, 100%,....
My case has been transferred to NBC and I will have an interview, but this is not for all, either those filed after March 6 or before that, evidences are at least 10 people who reported in trackitt, evidence is a friend of one of my friends, evidence is some cases around my case which I've been tracking them and they got approved without interview (and some cases around mine got transferred like mine). Stop just quoting from your lawyers, they are lawyers, some of them (not all of them) love that you think like a stupid . Beleive me, you can explore it yourself, you have thinking ability

Topic: Processing March/April (2017) cases, but not Nov(16)-Feb-017

Those whose cases have been transferred can expect approval within 1 month after the interview (many got approval right after the interview). So this is not true that adjudication will start after interview. How this could be true while they've had the case on their hand for many months.
But the issue is no one can expect fairness in uscis processing. Just right now, there are some July-August filers who got approval without even interview . What fairness you guys are talking about? who in uscis claimed that they are fair in timely processing of cases ?

Topic: i485 Case got transferred from TSC to NBC to VSC

Could this vermont transferring be just for TSC filers? My case was filed in NSC. I've also received two notifications on Nov 8 and 9. But when I've called the customer service number, It states the case is in Lee summit, MO as It states in the notice mail I've received last week.

Topic: Anyone knows about recent announcements about interviews?

some people's questions are deeply nerve wracking.. Just take a look, after more than 2 months of transfers,... many are coming here and asking I've received a status update that my case is transferred.... so weird!! what does that mean ???
These are who claim they are skilled super smarties and US should be honored to grant them GC

this is what makes trackitt more useless every day. Opening up a thread which has been discussed 1000 times by other threads here, Posting irrelevant things , ....
I dont know why people prefer to choose the simplest way, they just drop a question anywhere. It's not difficult at all to take a look at numerous threads which are discussing about transfers, interviews, etc
