Topic: I140 revoked after Green Card Approval

To the Netizens of the forum,

My I-140 is withdrewed by CTS. I called couple of my friends who are Ex-CTS and requested them to check their I-140. The status showed different than approved.

I am of the View that CTS started to withdraw I140 for all the Ex employees. I cannot answer this question personally for all the Ex Employees. They need to check..

I dont have an answer at this time for one of the person who i talked personally , an Ex Employee of CTS who I-485 has a different status other than Approval.

Regards to GC process, the Immigration department will determine whether the GC will be done in EB1, EB2, or EB3. Niether the Manager or Director or VP has influence on it.

Most CTS employees who are in GC path, already knows it and would agree with me.

Talk to HR-CTS , if this is a determining factor for you to accept an employment offer. Dont expect your supervisors to come in this. I did'nt and i would'nt expect any manager/Director or VP to influence the CTS Immigration department as the dept is autonomous.

Joysh,

I am in same boat as you are. After exchanging couple of emails with the Cognizant Management, i can tell you one you are more than 100% safe if you got the Permanent Resident card. No need to worry. Nothing will happen to your I485.

In case if you have a mail from USCIS on I485, Hire a lawyer, you will get your green card reinstated.

To the wise men and Netizens in this forum

Cognizant will continue to file in EB1 C for all the Qualified applicants . The Quota will be opened by USCIS for all the EB1 C applicants until the law changes
With half knowledge of Immigration and not know what exactly went in to create this I140 emails, you are spewing more venom and contaminating the forums.

To Future and current employees of Cognizant:
Your future on the Green Card process is secure. Delay might incur. Rest Assured, the Management which built the Organization has build a very good process in Immigration and has a autonomous immigration team and has process that secures your US future.
Unless the laws, socio-economic, Political changes, your future is assured in Cognizant with respect to Immigration Perspective. Other details, i will leave it your individual abilities to judge.

If any cognizant person needs assistance, please send an email to chaturvedis4u@yahoo.com. I will assist you. I have already assisted one person today.

I will come back to this thread if i have any good or bad credible news to share. Rest Assured, enjoy your life.

Topic: I140 revoked after Green Card Approval

To the netizens and wise people of this forum,

USCIS is revoking the I-140. Its upto Cognizant to defend themselves or accept. If Cognizant does'nt reply means, it accepted. That brings another thing, USCIS and Department of Justice should indict cognizant or Cognizant Managment for this fraud and should close its business in US like it did it with several companies . Recently, in the last two weeks, they closed a Texas based company of Immigration fraud.

Coming to Employees, we provided documents to Immigration . Immigration Department being autonomous applied it in EB1 C. There is and will not be any change in decsion by the Immigration department within cognizant, once they decide the Category.

There could be a perception of USCIS or 1 or 2 cases actually happened to be out of laws governed by USCIS. That does'nt mean every body is tied to the same pole/Line.

Having said this, there are lot of variables that go in for a person to be qualified for EB1C.

People ignorant or having knowledge having different ideas are spilling too much venom in this forum. It could happen to anybody after getting Green Card.

I have already done home and had a plan of action. Please reach out to me. We can make a difference as a group rather than working individually. Your identities or personal details are not shared in the forum.

I personally enjoyed the practices and Principles , guidelines of Cognizant. The management team has done a wonderful job of building such company.

If there are any Cognizant employees, that are seeing notices by email for either I140 or I485 and you got your Green Card in EB1 C, please join me. Mail me at

To the Netizens and Wise People of this forum,

If USCIS has evidence of Cognizant Doing wrong, then in the next 3-6 months, we should see that Cognizant is indicted legally. Not all the cases are wrong. So i am going to do the legal battle in this .

Secondly, with respect to PayScales, I current work as a Manager in a American Company, the starting scale for an analyst is 36000. I have people reporting to me at less than XXXXXX for 20 years of experience which no Indian will work.

Just dont spew venon .USCIS will have to take action on Cognizant or someone in the organization like they do on other companies if some thing is found wrong terribly to revoke a GC.

Will keep you posted.

I am in the Same Boat. My I140 is revoked. I received the notice on March 8. I got my GC on March 2012 one year back.

I believe we all got GC from Cognizant. Neverthe less, I am part of Management at Cognizant. The Immigration Department has done nothing Wrong. As the people who got GC through EB1 from Cognizant know how the immigration department works. They are diligent , carefuly and go by the rules.

Just some people think that We are getting GC's by crossing the line or what ever, the provisions are provided by the US Government. Not all companies can support EB1 C. Cognizant by virtue of US Based company , from the time, i know has used this process.

I have already done the home work in the last 24 hours on how to approach this. Next week, i am going to work with two of the very biggest Immigration law firms to determine the next course of action along with reaching the Senators and also the Obdusman.

USCIS has to provide the information on why I140 is revoked and based on what factors. They cannot use forms like this to make decision

Please join me . Send an email to chaturvedis4u@yahoo.com. Who got GC in EB1 C process from Cognizant and whose I140 or 485 is revoked.

There is no need to demoralise based on others theory. Please reach me out. Together we should be able to get out of this. I am looking for Francis Dsouza to jump in and challenge the USCIS . Otherwise, Cognizant will be dealing with larger issues.

Not only you will find issues in Labor Certification process, if you are on H1/L1 you will also be denied your promotion. My Supervisor thought i am on H1 and denied my promotion .During the conversation he made it clear that this decision was concluded that I am on H1 and my GC is in progress and i may not Quit CTS and denied my promotion.

Good Luck to all the people wishing to join CTS or already Joined CTS in US. People in US work more hours with out any overtime pay and feel ditched while the Managers make decision based on your visa . Your Visa Status adjudicates your promotion abilities in CTS.

Good Luck to the CTS employed or Planning to join CTS.

To all the persons doing PHD on the EB1C,
can one of you clarify,

I got my EAD and AP approved only for 1 year . Is this common. I beleive the EAD and AP generally will be given for 2 years.

My Wife's AP is not yet approved. Is this generally late on the dependents AP or do i need to do any SR.

Any help is truely appreciated.

My Guts is EB2 will soon be current. There are no great numbers for EB1 so spill is there.

Other than Medicals, keep all the documents ready.

Though i have earlier PD, i am currently in a different Category but its great to see that USCIS is moving dates faster and also at the same time, punching the Stamping at the consulates.

The sooner we are green, we can get rid of Desi mindset of employers who are eating and come out of mental demorale and plan for our life for a better future.

Any Wild Guess , how long will it take to turn my luck Green.
