Brother it's time to escalate to Brian Schwartz. Don't delay any further as you are almost running neck to neck against time.

Topic: I140 application for CTS (Cognizant) employees

Mine was in premium for which I had D+ approval. Case Manager didn't contact me after I submitted the documents. I just got a mail after 2-3 weeks saying that application has been filed in premium.

The I-140 approval took 5-6 business days. For normal it takes 4-5 months for the approval. On occasion it is even as quick as 2 months. However, of late the trend has been 4-5 months of wait for regular mode.

To all of those who are worried about the delay in filing, there's still some time to go and all the applications are going to be definitely filed by the company. Else it is going to be a huge issue. I can fully understand each one of your's concern as I have been through that and so are many of you. I wish each one of you all the best and hoping that you get the approval as soon as possible.

There are two sections mentioning about signature. The first one needs to be signed. GIT will provide written information along with the ETA 9089 mentioning about the section that needs to be signed.

Topic: for all screwed up CTS guys with PERM - FOIA request to get PE

You can search for cases on which decision (certified, withdrawn, denied) has been taken. You can find CTS cases which were certified in 2013, 2014 etc using dolstats link. If your case was filed in the last week then I think you need to at-least wait 8 months before you can get any update. If there is any chance of Cognizant filing for your extension within next 7-8 months then they will share the status of your PERM application along with the I-129 filed with USCIS. This is just an FYI that most recent PERM status is shared with the visa extension filed.

Just to add if you have not yet been contacted by Cognizant with an update that means that your case is still "In Process" with DOL. Status inquiries can only be raised by Cognizant to DOL for cases filed more than 3 months prior to the date posted on the icert page. Since July 2014 is currently posted on icert page, Cognizant can inquire about cases filed on or before Mar 31, 2014. For example: When the date posted on the icert site shows June 2014, at that time we can raise requests for 'Feb 2014' cases.
