L1B to L1A stamping - Is it eligible for Drop box facility

My L1B individual visa stamp just expired, but I have L1A approved notice of action
1. If I go to India now, will I be eligible for interview waiver(Drop box facility)

2. If my wife goes to India alone, will she get L2 VISA stamp, on basis of L1A and L2 approval notice(I-797A)
